4 workouts this week, here was todays, mainly cardio need to let my body heal up a bit.

0. gym: light shoulder work, dumbbell side bends, dumbbell shoulder shrugs, plate lifts

1. bike: 2 miles @ 8:00

3. walk: 1.16 miles
